Nancy M Critelli
Nancy M. Critelli graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California with a double major in Social Sciences and Communication. She then received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. She has been a member of the California State Bar since 1987 and she has also been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
1n 1996 Nancy M. Critelli began her current practice in Temecula. She practices primarily in the areas of Probate Law and Estate Planning, which includes Trusts, Wills, Health Care Directives and Powers of Attorney. She drafts Wills and also represents personal representatives in Court during Probate proceedings. She is experienced in handling cases in Riverside, San Diego, San Bernardino, Orange and Los Angeles Counties. She also prepares Trusts, including inter vivos, otherwise known as “living” trusts and represents Trustees during the Trust Administration Process.
In addition to practicing in Temecula, Nancy M. Critelli has been a resident of the Temecula Valley since 1989. So she is familiar with area and the diverse population which make up this community. While it may seem like a cliché, she really did become an attorney to help people. The estate planning process can be difficult to understand, as there are many legal concepts and legal terminology involved, but she takes the time to explain the process and is able to translate the legal terms into plain English, so that her clients can make the right decisions for their assets and their futures based on their individual family situations.
